GINdiana Juice

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hard Truth Gin
2 oz. Lemonade
¼ oz. Raspberry liqueur
¼ oz. Basil simple syrup
¼ oz. Limoncello
1 Lemon peel, to garnish


  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, lemonade, raspberry liqueur, basil simple syrup, and limoncello to bar shaker.
  2. Top with ice, cover, and shake for 12 seconds.
  3. Single strain liquid into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Release essential oils by pinching lemon peel over glass. Run peel along the stem and rim of the glass, and drop into the drink. Enjoy!

GINdiana Gimlet

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hard Truth Gin
¾ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 Cucumber slice
1 Cucumber slice, for garnish

  1. Add one cucumber slice and simple syrup to bar shaker; muddle for five seconds, then add Hard Truth Gin and lime juice to shaker.
  2. Top with ice, cover, and shake for 12 seconds.
  3. Double-strain liquid into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish glass rim with small cucumber slice. Enjoy!


GINdiana Tonic

GINdiana Tonic

Ingredients

2 oz. Hard Truth Gin
1 Cucumber slice, salted
½ oz. Simple syrup
Tonic water, to top
1 Cucumber ribbon slice, to garnish

  1. Dip a cucumber slice onto a salted plate so that it’s salted on one side.
  2. Drop cucumber into a mixing beaker with simple syrup, then add Hard Truth gin and ice, and gently stir for 8 seconds.
  3. Double strain liquid into an ice-filled rocks glass, and top with tonic water.
  4. Garnish with a thin, picked, cucumber ribbon. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1½ oz. Hard Truth Gin
1 oz. Sweet vermouth
¾ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
2 shakes Angostura bitters
Soda water, to top
Lemon peel ribbon, to garnish

  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, and angostura bitters to bar shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake for 12 seconds.
  3. Single strain liquid into ice-filled collins glass, and top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a long, ribboned lemon peel placed down the inside wall of the glass. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Hard Truth Gin
¾ oz. Hard Truth Cinnamon Vodka
½ oz. Amaretto
4 oz. Orange juice
Maraschino cherry and orange slice, to garnish

  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, Hard Truth Cinnamon Vodka, and amaretto to bar shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake for 12 seconds.
  3. Single strain into ice-filled collins glass, and top with orange juice.
  4. Garnish with picked orange slice and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!

GINdiana Fizz

GINdiana Fizz

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hard Truth Gin
¾ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Lime juice
½ oz. Half and half
1 Egg white, or 1 oz. liquid egg whites
4 oz. Club soda
Angostura bitters, to garnish

  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, lemon and lime juices, half and half, and egg white to bar shaker.
  2. Cover tightly and shake for a total of 45 seconds. (Take short breaks if you need them.)
  3. Open shaker, add ice, re-cover, and shake for an additional 45 seconds.
  4. Single strain liquid foam into a collins, and top with soda water.
  5. Drop three dots of angostura bitters in a line on top of the foam, and swirl through them with a toothpick. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Hard Truth Gin
4 oz. Ginger beer
Juice of ½ a fresh lime
1 Strawberry, stem removed and quartered
Mint sprig, to garnish

  1. In a mixing beaker, muddle strawberry with lime juice.
  2. Add Hard Truth Gin and ice; stir for 8 seconds.
  3. Single strain into an ice-filled rocks glass or copper mule mug, and top with ginger beer.
  4. Gently fan the mint sprig over the rim of the glass, then drop into the side. Enjoy!

GINdiana Punch

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Hard Truth Gin
½ oz. Hard Truth Cinnamon Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple juice
½ oz. Orange liqueur
Prosecco, to top

  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, Hard Truth Cinnamon Vodka, pineapple juice, and orange liqueur to bar shaker.
  2. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  3. Single strain liquid into an ice-filled collins glass, and top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and two toothpicked pineapple slices. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Hard Truth Gin
½ oz. Lemon juice
4 oz. Soda water
2 Raspberries, muddled
1 Raspberry, picked, to garnish

  1. Place two raspberries in a collins glass, then add Hard Truth Gin and lemon juice; muddle into a light pulp.
  2. Add ice, and top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with toothpicked raspberry. Enjoy!

3 oz. Sparkling red wine
1 Lemon wedge, to garnish

  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to bar shaker.
  2. Add ice, cover, and shake for 12 seconds.
  3. Single strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and top with sparkling red wine.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hard Truth Gin
5 oz. Grapefruit juice
1 sprig Rosemary, to garnish
Salt rim

  1. Rim a collins glass with flaked salt.
  2. Add Hard Truth Gin to glass; fill glass with ice, and top with grapefruit juice.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

GINdiana Smash

Ingredients, drink:
2 oz. Peach-infused Hard Truth Gin*
6 Mint leaves
½ tsp.Sugar
1 Mint spring, to garnish

  1. Create your infusion at least 24 hours in advance; see directions below.
  2. In a rocks glass, add mint leaves and sugar, then muddle lightly.
  3. Top with peach-infused Hard Truth Gin.
  4. Lightly fan mint sprig over the rim of glass, then place it leaves up in the drink. Enjoy!

*Ingredients, infusion:
1 bottle Hard Truth Gin
2 Fresh peaches

  • Fill a large, lidded, glass vessel with a 750 mL (one bottle) of Hard Truth Gin.
  • Slice up two fresh peaches and add to gin. Seal container and let sit at least 24 hours.
  • With a strainer and a funnel, return gin to original bottle.

GINdiana Sour

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hard Truth Gin
¾ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz. Orange juice
½ oz. Simple syrup
1 Egg white, or 1 oz. liquid egg whites
Sugar rim

  1. Add one egg white, or 1 oz. liquid egg whites, and lemon juice to bar shaker; cover and shake for 12 seconds.
  2. Uncover and add Hard Truth Gin, orange juice, and simple syrup to egg white foam.
  3. Add ice, cover, and shake for an additional 12 seconds.
  4. Single strain into a sugar rimmed coupe or martini glass. Enjoy!

GINdiana Cherry Limeade Soda

GINdiana Punch

Ingredients:
½ bottle Hard Truth Gin
1 liter Lemon-lime soda or seltzer
1 c. Lime juice, fresh-squeezed
1 c. Sugar
10 oz. Jar of Maraschino cherries, with juice
1 Lime

  1. Cut lime into thin slices and place on the bottom of a pitcher.
  2. Add sugar, lime juice, your choice of lemon-lime soda or seltzer, and Hard Truth Gin; stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add complete contents of the maraschino cherry jar — cherries and juice. Enjoy!

GINdiana Negroni

Ingredients:
1 oz. Hard Truth Gin
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. Sweet vermouth
1 Orange peel slice, large, to garnish

  1. Add Hard Truth Gin, Aperol, and sweet vermouth to a mixing beaker.
  2. Add ice, and slowly stir for 8 seconds.
  3. Pour into a rocks glass over a Hard Truth ice ball.
  4. Express orange peel over the glass rim, then drop down the side of the glass and into the drink to garnish. Enjoy!
